Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closure to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives are met.
  • Manage project teams, allocate resources, and develop staff to meet current and future organization goals.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, customer meetings, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Provide technical and engineering support to other departments and disciplines.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of billing activity.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional engineering and project leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilities, combined heat & power, and/or central energy system design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and develop designers, engineers, and project managers.
  • Project management skills and knowledge of related tools and processes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Maturity and self-confidence to work with senior business leaders and customers.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) is highly desired.
