VitalPath, a trusted contract manufacturing partner, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to deliver high-quality complex catheter solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing Lean principles and driving continuous improvement across all facilities.

About the Position

">
  • The successful candidate will develop a priority list of CI projects based on savings, timelines, and resources needed and execute Lean events.
  • You will work in a cross-functional environment partnering with RD, Operations, and Quality departments to deliver CI projects.
  • Experience with design controls, FDA regulation, GMP practices, and QSR requirements is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in plastics, chemical, biomedical, or mechanical engineering, along with 3-5 years of experience implementing Lean Principles, is required.
