We are seeking a highly skilled RN Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Cassia. This role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, developing quality improvement plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to identify best practices. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MDS and MDS process as they will be serving as a backup to our MDS Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Improvement:
    • Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
    • Monitor and analyze quality indicators and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify and refine best practices.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze quality data.
    • Report quality data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staff Training and Development:
    • Educate staff on quality improvement processes and regulatory standards.
  • Resident and Family Engagement:
    • Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead quality improvement committees and workgroups.
    • Collaborate with leadership and staff to develop quality improvement initiatives.
  • Paid $38-$44 per hour.
