**Job Title:** Quality Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at New Flyer. As a key member of our quality organization, you will be responsible for driving supplier quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience working with quality management systems and continuous improvement methods.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers meet quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address any quality issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and purchasing, to drive supplier performance and improvement.
  • Providing training and guidance to suppliers on quality management systems and best practices.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
