About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and making recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
