Position Details

The Project Coordinator role is an on-site position that encompasses all aspects of project management, including:

  • Ordering materials and managing supply logistics
  • Scheduling labor crews and coordinating with homeowners
  • Overseeing various trades involved in the projects
  • Reviewing and approving invoices
  • Updating our CRM system

This full-time salaried position may require occasional evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple roofing and siding projects simultaneously
  • Maintaining a master schedule for all ongoing jobs
  • Preparing material estimates and purchase orders
  • Coordinating material deliveries
  • Facilitating subcontractor schedules and communications
  • Engaging with customers to communicate processes and timelines
  • Auditing and approving invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Resolving any issues that arise with suppliers, subcontractors, or customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring quality control throughout the roofing and siding processes
  • Handling financial transactions with homeowners
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A proven history of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of roofing and siding installation practices
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in material estimating and procurement
  • Experience in mentoring and managing junior staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • A strong sense of accountability
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures
  • Proficiency in computer systems and web-based applications
  • Competence in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skills in customer conflict resolution
Education and Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A High School Diploma, with additional relevant training or education
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Six Sigma or similar training

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
