At Oak and Stone, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of any specials to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment, including running the floor plan board and observing tables.
  • Attention to Detail: Keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables, and fulfill various side work projects to maintain a high level of service.
  • Communication: Interact with guests as they arrive and depart, and maintain restrooms throughout the shift.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, including reporting to required meetings and maintaining adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Requirements: A neat and clean uniform, well-groomed hair, and personal hygiene are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude is also required.
