Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
