Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Diabetes Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Diabetes Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting our products and services within your assigned geography. You will work closely with our customers, healthcare professionals, and staff to develop and maintain strong relationships.

This role requires strong clinical experience in diabetes, excellent teaching and training skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. You must be able to handle multiple priorities and operate with high standards aligned to our Certified B-Corp values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive territory goals through strong clinical experience in diabetes
  • Manage, conduct, and support the training journey for people with diabetes
  • Demonstrate strong teaching and training ability for providers and people with diabetes
  • Use strong selling skills through a clinical medium
  • Work in conjunction with Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to achieve territory goals
  • Maintain compliant communication/documentation with team
  • Assist with providing product demos to providers, people with diabetes, and families
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Responsible for training the trainer in provider offices
  • Demonstrate empathy with a passion to serve people with diabetes
  • Stand out as a Health Coach – see the person with diabetes holistically
  • Demonstrate effective planning and organization skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to navigate and influence at all levels within an HCP and IDN environment
  • Operate with high standards that are aligned to Certified B-Corp values
Requirements
  • RN or RD
  • CDCES required
  • Acceptable licenses: APRN, NP, PA
  • Minimum requirement of 3 years diabetes experience
  • Preferred experience: 5+ years diabetes experience
