Wound Care Specialist

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team. As a Wound Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex wounds, ostomies, or continence conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess pressure injuries and identify treatment options to prevent future injuries.
- Manage foot ulcers in patients with diabetes and teach patients how to maintain a healthy foot care routine.
- Treat first, second, and third-degree wounds, and be proficient in antibiotic ointments, bandage assessment, and wound care treatments.
- Educate patients and families on wound care best practices and empower them to take an active role in their care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in good standing.
- Evidence of a minimum of one year of recent wound care experience.
- Evidence of current AHA BLS certification.
