Job Overview

The Sunray Companies, a leading hospitality company, is seeking an organized and dedicated Corporate Support Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide vital support to leadership teams, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

This position involves a mix of administrative tasks, from managing schedules and communications to daily reporting and office event coordination. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to office team members, including daily operations reporting, expense management, and invoice processing.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and records with precision.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, preparing agendas, ordering supplies, and following up on action items with professionalism.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining accurate filing systems and handling confidential information securely.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
