**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Coordinator to join our team at Sam's Club in Madison, MS. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment, and 6 months of customer service experience.

**Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for assisting management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging membership renewals, and participating in sales and marketing events.

In addition, this role oversees assigned areas of responsibility, handles claims and returns, zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, and maintains parking lot cleanliness.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment, and 6 months of customer service experience. You must also be 18 years of age or older.

**Preferred Qualifications:

Leading a front-end team, supervising experience, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others are preferred qualifications for this role.
