About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Pain Interventions team at Medtronic. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and objectives for Pain Interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the pain management community
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform brand strategy and product positioning
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of marketing, sales, or technical experience in healthcare, medical device, pharma, CPG, or agency/consulting industry
  • Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong global commercial marketing experience, preferably downstream in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Experience leading market analysis and account segmentation and targeting activities
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships and rapport with individuals at all levels and from all cultures
