About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at White Dog Cafe, a part of Fearless Restaurant Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, neighborhood cafe.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including classic and creative cocktails, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs.
  • Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic in a team environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of bar experience.
  • RAMP certification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure.
  • Positive attitude and a big personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
