We are seeking a positive and friendly Autograph Greeter to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and make them feel at home
• Understand table numbers, seat positions, and flow of service to ensure seamless guest experience
• Answer telephones, confirm reservations, and show guests to tables with a smile
• Develop strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
• Maintain accurate knowledge on hours of operation, relevant service, and facility information
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality and making a positive impact on our guests' lives

• Average $11-18/hour depending on experience with Open Table Guest Center
