Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our team at MountainView Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with a high level of technical proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Obtain and record accurate patient information, including medical history and test results.
  • Assist radiologists during biopsies and assume non-technical duties of radiology as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Advanced certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in OB/GYN, Abdomen, Neurosonology, or Peripheral Vascular.
  • Current ARRT certification or RVT certification preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic training in an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience preferred.
