Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in the formulation of the quarterly financial reports for the organization. The individual will significantly contribute to the advancement of the Global Accounting & Reporting Services division by delivering exceptional professional presence and advanced technical accounting and reporting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Preparation of Financial Statements:**
- Responsible for the creation of external financial statements on a quarterly basis for regulatory submissions. This involves collaboration with various corporate departments and effective communication with senior management.

2. **Disclosure Support:**
- Compile and prepare disclosure documentation to support the financial statements.

3. **Documentation and Analysis:**
- Develop memos and work papers that substantiate the issuance of financial statements and audits.
- Analyze new accounting regulations and assess their implications for the organization.

4. **Schedule Management:**
- Prepare various schedules and timelines to facilitate the timely delivery of external financial statements.
- Create roll-forward schedules along with the necessary supporting documentation.

5. **Process Improvement:**
- Undertake special projects as required and identify opportunities for enhancing processes to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- Certification as a CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting environment with exposure to SEC regulations or similar.
- Familiarity with Oracle Financial Systems, Hyperion Essbase, Workiva, and BlackLine is advantageous but not essential.
