The Finance Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting various business units within CFA Institute from both a financial and operational standpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement efficiencies across diverse business scenarios.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives.
Critically assess existing processes and propose enhancements to promote best practices.
Lead and support organizational initiatives to successful completion.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a positive work environment within the department.

Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, including professional development opportunities.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT, or equivalent experience.
Fundamental understanding of financial accounting principles.
Familiarity with the insurance sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Skilled in operating standard office equipment.
Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 15%).

Preferred:
3-5 years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, or IT role.
Experience with Workday financial systems.
