We are currently in search of a Mortgage Loan Originator with a robust sales focus.

The Mortgage Loan Originator will be tasked with building relationships with fellow Old National Bank professionals in the market to attract clients.

Furthermore, they will cultivate connections with external influencers to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess banking experience that will facilitate success through our comprehensive training program.
Old National Bank's Mortgage Department is the ideal environment for sales-driven lenders. We manage in-house servicing for all conventional and portfolio loans, offering a diverse range of Portfolio Products, including Jumbo Loans, One-time Close Construction, and Professional Programs.

We provide mortgage solutions tailored for professionals such as physicians, dentists, optometrists, and educators, alongside various offerings for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

Additionally, we offer programs like IN Housing, KY Housing, HOP, and MCC.
Our organization features a competitive compensation structure and dedicated operational teams for processing, underwriting, and closing.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through established realtor and customer relationships.
- Proactively engage and collaborate with assigned banking centers to enhance business growth.
- Offer professional guidance to clients to highlight the advantages of Old National Bank's products and services.
- Maintain engagement with the customer throughout the loan application, approval, and closing phases.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated capability in Mortgage Loan Origination is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector is essential.
- Must be a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision is necessary.
