Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
  • Assist with month-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide receptionist and cashier support as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Excellent follow-up and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn multiple accounting software systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Knowledge of DocStar, Karmak, SAP Concur PACCAR, Navistar, or Automotive/Heavy Duty Trucks Industry a plus

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Class C California driver's license
