We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cage Cashier to join our team at Cliff Castle Casino. As a Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while handling monetary transactions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process various redemptions and exchange transactions with accuracy, including gaming checks, coin/currency exchanges, check cashing, cash advances, coupon/voucher redemptions, etc.
  • Accurately balance assigned bank and maintain a working knowledge of the facility and special events to keep guests informed.
  • Assist other cashiers in the Cage as needed and maintain a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness in departmental records and reports.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Recent experience handling large volumes of currency and transactions, such as bank teller, cashier, or CSM.
  • Ability to accurately operate a 10-key calculator by sight and pass a basic math test.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests, fellow team members, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.
  • Ability to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino policies and procedures.
