Job Summary:

At Lorven Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Help Desk professional to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving issues on a first call resolution basis, and utilizing a knowledge base to identify and troubleshoot problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, using technical skills to resolve issues on a first call resolution basis.
  • Troubleshoot applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, and remote access.
  • Utilize a knowledge base to identify and troubleshoot issues, and document solutions for future reference.
  • Use a ticketing system to create, document, track, and route tickets while adhering to service level agreements.


Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a helpdesk environment, using technical skills to resolve end-user issues.
  • Strong knowledge of technical areas such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, and remote access.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tickets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
