Job Title: Tier 1 Help Desk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Koniag Government Services. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Document and track technical issues using our incident management system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems and technologies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Systems Management Server, and other relevant technologies
