Help Desk Technical Support Specialist

Abel Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Tech Savvy Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our Computer Operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation of computer systems and networks.
- Carry out tasks on the daily checklist under supervision and report any issues to senior computer operators or supervisors.
- Take appropriate follow-up action on customer queries and provide support to senior computer operators as required.
- Track and document all issues using a tracking system and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must pass a criminal history background check and an FBI-like background check for obtaining a gaming license.
