Position Overview:
As a vital member of our retail team, you will engage with customers to assist them in selecting the right products and services tailored to their needs. Your role will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and supported.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $21 to $25, incorporating both a base rate and commission. We ensure a minimum pay guarantee of $21.00 per hour for the initial six months, allowing you ample time to acclimate to our operations. Exceptional performers can earn upwards of $25 per hour.

Weekend Shift Incentives:
Recognizing the importance of weekend availability, we offer an additional $2 per hour for all weekend shifts worked. For those who take on overtime during weekends, a $3 per hour increase will be applied.

Training and Development:
No prior experience with our products is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Expect dedicated one-on-one training for the first 2 to 3 weeks to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Utilize a technology-based Point of Sale system for transaction processing.
  • Manage inbound phone sales and service inquiries.
  • Install batteries in various devices and perform repairs on consumer electronics.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain inventory and store presentation.
  • Prepare the store for daily operations, including opening and closing tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency and cash register experience.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires standing, walking, and handling items regularly, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You may also be exposed to various environmental conditions and will need to use specific tools and equipment.
