Job Summary

Entune Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bi-Lingual Behavioral Health Front Desk professional to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient behavioral health clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Assess patient risk and provide appropriate interventions
  • Manage client-related paperwork and documentation
  • Evaluate patient physical and mental conditions through collaboration with the treatment team
  • Observe and document patient behavior
  • Participate in quality-management efforts and attend relevant case meetings
  • Refer patients to community resources and internal services as needed
  • Engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
  • Current CPR, AED, First Aid certification (Required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software, especially the 365 platform
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models (Preferred)
