About the Role
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide resident care while demonstrating the Mission of Sunrise Senior Living.
- Promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
- Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
