As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Medical Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
