Job Overview:

In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of change management plans that align with organizational goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategic plans, and implement changes that yield significant results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute change management plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
  2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and buy-in
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of various audiences
  4. Monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives using metrics and feedback loops

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or Public Health; or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, operations, or a related field
  • Certification in change management (CHCM, CCMP, PROSCI) or Lean Six Sigma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
