Job Description

As a Transformation Director, Change Management with US6469 Sysco Payroll, Division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in leading major change initiatives with significant visibility. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on change management strategies, tools, and execution plans to drive overall project effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assess business needs and develop comprehensive change management plans, ensuring cross-functional efforts are integrated and stakeholders are involved.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• Assist in training efforts as needed, leveraging your expertise in organizational development, talent management, and project management.
• Utilize data analysis skills to discern trends, derive conclusions, and effectively communicate insights to non-experts.

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive experience in change management, project management, talent management, and/or organizational development.
• Proven track record of working with executive stakeholders, delivering results-oriented change management initiatives, and leveraging knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in change management, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
