Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and location.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned risk management professional to help our clients enhance their safety protocols and reduce losses.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed site inspections to identify potential risks and hazards
  • Analyze current loss control measures and recommend tailored improvements
  • Develop and implement customized loss control plans tailored to client needs
  • Provide educational workshops and training on best risk management and safety practices
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and action plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks
  • Work closely with the claims department to analyze loss data and identify improvement areas
  • Help clients develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in loss control, risk management, or safety compliance
  • Industrial safety experience is a plus, especially with a track record of reducing risk costs
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty or Life, Accident Health HMO License (or ability to obtain during training)
  • Strong ability to influence and engage key decision-makers to drive impactful outcomes
  • Highly goal-oriented and competitive in a sales environment, demonstrating initiative, drive, and self-motivation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loss control software
  • Relevant designations such as CSP, ARM are a plus
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
