Florida Neurology Residency Program Director

Cleveland Clinic Florida's Neurosciences Institute is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Neurology Residency Program Director to lead its Neurology Residency Program at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, FL.
Responsibilities- Oversee the operation of the Neurology Residency program, ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement educational programs, curriculum, and assessments to meet the needs of residents and the program's goals.
- Recruit and select residents, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective program management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, department chairs, and community leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in neurology and medical education, applying this knowledge to improve program quality and resident education.
