As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient condition, performing procedures, and documenting patient information in a timely and thorough manner. You will also have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on simulations and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders.
Requirements- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
