Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team at Florida Neurology Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall business management of our medical group, including administrative, fiscal, clinical, and facility operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our practice, including billing and accounts receivable management, policy development, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of our medical group, including administrative, fiscal, clinical, and facility operations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to enhance revenue maximization and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of systems and processes to improve information flow and system usability.
  • Provide timely and effective recommendations for the improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our physician partners to develop and implement strategies to improve patient access and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our team, including training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in a healthcare environment, with 5 years of experience in the administration of a physician practice.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, and external partners.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other related software programs.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
