COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $24 to $25, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, prior experience, market data, and other pertinent considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, where applicable. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

Upon hiring, the employee will be in an "at-will position," and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and other discretionary payments at any time for any reason, including individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a safety-oriented culture that promotes a work environment free from harm.
  • Oversee catering operations, including staff coordination, equipment rental, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered events of varying complexity.
  • Manage event bookings, menu selection, pricing, and cost estimation.
  • Assist in the recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage in management team meetings to align on objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and key stakeholders within the client organization.
  • Facilitate external customer relations, representing Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, organization, and safety standards through checklists and hands-on supervision.
  • Participate in all catering training initiatives and assist in developing training programs for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to all Aramark Catering initiatives and guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of operational experience in a hotel or banquet environment is required.
