Key Responsibilities
  • Assist General Manager in daily shift management, including customer relations, inventory control, and procedural tasks.
  • Maintain individual and shift sales, providing daily floor coverage and training Sales Associates.
  • Supervise Point of Sale (POS) operations, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining store security and loss prevention.
  • Oversee contest management, tracking results, and coaching performance to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize shipments, transfers, and merchandise, ensuring efficient stock flow and maintaining company standards.
  • Perform maintenance tasks, opening and closing the store, and ensuring minimum sales volumes are met.
  • Hold accountability for store sales and metrics, stock and merchandise flow, and company standards.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, and reaching to place merchandise on customer's feet. You may be required to climb a ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock and acquire merchandise. You must be able to lift items weighing up to lbs regularly and work an average of 48 hours per week.
