Job Title: H Mart Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team at H Mart. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide assistance with products and services.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, and restocking shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Operational Support: Assist with various tasks such as bagging groceries, operating the cash register, and providing support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude: Provide great customer service in an accurate, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by H Mart.
  • Organization and Time Management: Prioritize and manage time effectively to multi-task different responsibilities.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns, seeking appropriate solutions and escalating complex problems to supervisors or managers when necessary.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
