Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Weekend MaxMara store at Garden State Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Foster a strong client base, provide exceptional customer service, and reinforce clienteling best practices.
- Staff Development: Lead training initiatives, manage performance, and develop bench strength for all store positions.
- Operations: Assist in store development, maintain inventory control, manage the P&L, and partner with the buying office to maximize sales.
- Store Visuals: Enforce merchandise standards, maintain product knowledge, and uphold the brand's image.
- Human Resources: Network within the market, supervise store personnel, and create a positive store atmosphere.
- BA degree (a plus)
- Minimum 4-8 years of retail management experience (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to manage conflict
