As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons and providing information on water quality, temperature, and other related items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons, including children and adults.
  • Provide Water Safety Information: Provide accurate and timely information to patrons regarding water quality, temperature, and other related items.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including rescues and first aid situations.
  • Maintain Facility: Assist in the maintenance and sanitary operation of the aquatic facility, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 15 years of age.
  • Certifications: Possess a valid American Red Cross Lifesaving Certificate and a valid First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Have knowledge of proper water safety, rescue, and first aid techniques, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to perform job functions, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
  • Environmental Conditions: Work in a fast-paced aquatic environment, exposed to extreme weather conditions, including heat and sun.
