Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with enterprise customers and company vendors.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to our business leaders on risk management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to recurring legal challenges and improve our contracting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and resolve disputes in a manner that aligns with company risk tolerance and policies.
Requirements
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 8 years of attorney work experience in commercial contracts, Government contracts, intellectual property matters, business development, and technology transactions.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive background in drafting and facilitating services agreements, sales agreements, licenses, and intellectual property agreements.
  • Experience negotiating Government contracts and ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Experience leveraging CLM tools, including AI.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects under tight timelines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
