Epic Application Coordinator

IDR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Epic Application Coordinator - Hospital Billing to support one of our top clients in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Epic systems, particularly in the clinical or revenue cycle areas, and a knack for designing and implementing effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the Epic Hospital Billing application
- Design and implement workflows within the Epic system, translating clinical and financial requirements into effective system configurations
- Troubleshoot and provide high-level support for the Epic system
- Collaborate with various teams, including IT and clinical staff, on new system implementations
- Maintain current Epic certification and stay informed about changes in Epic and healthcare IT
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Epic systems, particularly in the clinical or revenue cycle areas
- Proven ability to design and implement workflows within the Epic system
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in handling tough situations, particularly when on-call
- Experience working with various teams, including IT and clinical staff
- Current Epic certification and a commitment to continuous learning
