We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Epic Readiness Lead for our healthcare client based in Georgia

Position Type:

Direct Hire, Full-Time

Location:

Remote, with the ability to commute to Atlanta, GA, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to drive the successful development and implementation of innovative, high-quality training, readiness, and change management solutions, ensuring client satisfaction with services provided.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of system-related training, readiness, and change management projects.
  • Support healthcare teammates in adopting and effectively using healthcare IT technology and EMR, focusing on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Partner with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate and facilitate the EHC Super User Lead program and develop related competencies.
  • Implement and review the evaluation strategy for training and readiness programs.
  • Represent the organization by attending professional, civic, and service organization meetings.
  • Ensure departmental policies and procedures comply with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the manager to create a professional development plan.
  • Stay current on trends, practices, and developments in the field by participating in professional activities and organizations.
  • Manage projects to ensure that business objectives and client requirements are met.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions related to healthcare IT and EMR adoption.

Preferred Experience and Certifications:

  • Epic Certification in Cadence, Ambulatory, or Healthy Planet.
  • Epic Cheers experience.
  • Application implementation experience.
