Key Responsibilities- Client Relations: Greet and welcome clients, answer questions, and triage concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless care.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other staff members to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Compensation: Pay ranges from $17-$21/hour depending on experience.
