Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate veterinary receptionist to join our team at Bedford Veterinary Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients and clients through our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and patients
  • Manage appointments, check-in and check-out clients, and process payments
  • Answer questions, triage client concerns, and direct calls or emails to the appropriate party for resolution
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area and ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care and client service
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of veterinary experience
  • Compassionate, calm, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and proficient in computer skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to continue advancing knowledge and skillset
