HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serve as a resource person for staff, and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

In this role, you will assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care. You will also participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team. Additionally, you will support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as experience in a healthcare setting, is required.
