Job Description: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Med Tele

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team in the Medical Telemetry department. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with a focus on ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative environment among staff members and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions during designated shifts, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or a multistate RN license.
  • Experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a med-surg setting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
