Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, your main focus will be to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients. You will be part of a team responsible for accurately processing orders, providing updates on order statuses, and addressing inquiries regarding our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails to assist our customer base and support the Sales Team as needed.
  • Adhere to established protocols while processing orders to ensure precision.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving service requests.
  • Communicate confidently with customers and collaborate with team leads and management to resolve issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, while fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve or surpass departmental goals and objectives as set by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office or similar Windows-based applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment where communication is key and customer experience is paramount.

Working Environment:

This position involves regular use of standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. The role requires extended periods of sitting and effective use of a keyboard while managing dual computer monitors.
