Job Description

At Community Clinic Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WIC Front Desk Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front office support and administrative assistance as needed at different WIC sites throughout our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a front desk or customer service role. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front office support and administrative assistance as needed at different WIC sites.
  • Assist with the delivery of WIC services to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient, and culturally sensitive services.
  • Travel to different locations when needed to provide support and assistance.
  • Accurately obtain and document proof of residence, identity, and pregnancy, as well as proof of income.
  • Provide complete information on the certifying process and explain the rights and responsibilities of a WIC participant.
  • Make initial and return appointments, confirm participant information, and update electronic records as necessary.
  • Answer the telephone promptly and refer calls to the appropriate area.
  • Solicit and address participants' questions and provide correct information on program benefits, WIC foods, and vendors.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and setting up WIC folders.
  • Receive deliveries and log inventory as needed.
