**Job Overview**: We're seeking an Educational Sales Representative to join our team in expanding our presence in schools nationwide. As an integral part of our School Services team, you will be responsible for building relationships with music educators, promoting our services, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a regular schedule of visits to schools within assigned territories, meeting with key decision makers to promote our services and drive business growth.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, scheduling, and follow-up skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for all assigned accounts.
- Perform weekly account management reviews to manage account A/R and operational items.
- Participate in assigned account-related events, including instrument demonstrations, recruitment, rental, festivals, and tradeshows.
**Requirements and Qualifications**: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or Music Education or 2-year relevant work experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Band and Orchestral instruments.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
