Key ResponsibilitiesThe Development and Donor Services Specialist will be responsible for managing donor relationships, processing gifts, and providing exceptional customer service to donors and volunteers. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and loyalty with our community partners.

About the Role:

  • Manage donor relationships, process gifts, and provide exceptional customer service to donors and volunteers.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for engaging donors and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy & Development Team to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on donor engagement and fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in nonprofit, development, or related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
